Save this document to your computer.  Complete this required fields, save the information, and email the completed form to RMA@bluestarusa.com as an attachment.  You can also print the document, write in the required fields, and fax it back to 508-429-3007.


All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% or $25 - whichever is greater.

*** Once the Request is received, Blue Star has 48 hours to respond with a RMA number. ***


DEFECTIVE RETURNS:

All products carry a 60 day warranty, unless otherwise specified by Blue Star. Blue Star cannot issue an RMA for products with  expired warranties.

Once the RMA has been issued, you have 10 (domestic) / 15 (international) business days to return the defective part(s) to us.

If we do not receive the parts within that time, the RMA becomes invalid and shipment will be refused.

If you return product as “defective” and we test it as “good”, we will charge the restocking fee.

Parts must be returned with freight prepaid in appropriate packaging. No authorization will be given to return on Blue Star’s account.

Any returns charged to Blue Star’s account will be rebilled to the sender.

GOOD PRODUCT RETURNS:

“Good” returns are those in which the wrong part is ordered, the part is not needed, etc.

You have 10 business days from the date you received the product to request a RMA number.

Once the RMA has been issued, you have 10 (domestic) / 15 (international) business days to return the defective part(s) to us.

Once the RMA is received in our warehouse, Blue Star has 10 days to test and issue the credit memo / refund.
