RMA Details
To obtain a return authorization number, please fill out our RMA form.

Choose one of the following formats-
All Returns are Subject to 20% Re-stocking fee or $25 fee, whichever is greater.
DEFECTIVE RETURNS: You have 10 working days (domestic) / 15 working days (international) from the date the RMA # is issued to return the defective part(s) to us; or the RMA # becomes invalid and shipment will be refused. If you return product as "defective", and we test it as "good"; we will charge the restocking fee. Parts must be returned with freight prepaid the least expensive way, in appropriate packaging. No authorization will be given to return on Blue Star's account.
GOOD PRODUCT RETURNS: (i.e. wrong part ordered, part not needed, etc.) All Returns are Subject to 20% Re-stocking fee or $25 fee, whichever is greater. You have 10 working days from the day you received the product to request an RMA #. You have 10 working days (domestic) / 15 working days (international) to return the product to us, or the RMA number becomes invalid and the shipment will be refused.
ALL PRODUCT RETURNS: Please make sure that your RMA number is visible on your return packaging. Parts must be returned with freight prepaid the least expensive way, in appropriate packaging. All products carry a 60 day warranty unless otherwise specified
